Items ordered and paid for will ship within 3 business days, unless otherwise noted in description of product. We primarily ship through USPS Priority mail We will always find the best method of getting your products to you. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.
When shipping internationally, customers might incur extra customs charges. If customs charges occur, please note that O-Yaki Products is not responsible for these charges. Please note that international orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must pass through customs and the time that this takes is out of our control.
If you experience any issues with your order (order not received, order is not what you were expecting, etc.) PLEASE contact us so that we can try to make it right. We want you to be satisfied with our products and will always try our hardest to resolve any concerns you may have.
Damages: If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at email@example.com with a detailed note and picture. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 5 days of order delivery.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
As a small business, we do not have the capacity to absorb refunds like large corporate brands and companies, unless the circumstances are extenuating.
However, we will offera full refund of the item purchased if returned with 30 days of purchase in the original packaging. We cannot refund shipping charges so the refund will be for the item minus the shipping charges. Please fill out he return form below so we can resolve any issues.

If an item is received damaged, please send a detailed note and pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 5 days after delivery. You can also fillout the returns form stating you have a damaged item you wish to exchange. Damaged items will be replaced at no additional charge.
Please note that O-Yaki Products does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to O-Yaki Products. We will provide you with a return label but we will deduct he shipping cost from your refund. For exchanges due to damage we will not charge you or the return and will provide you with a return label.
